Our Services

Ten services covering every pest encountered in Greater Montreal, from residential to commercial. Every intervention starts with a free inspection and ends with a written results guarantee.

Choosing the right treatment

The right service depends less on what you saw than on what the inspection reveals. The same observation — dark trails along a baseboard, a noise inside a partition — can point to three different species calling for three different treatments. If in doubt, choose the preventive inspection: the technician will identify the species on site and steer you to the right protocol at no extra cost.

All our treatments rely on Health Canada-approved products and on integrated pest management: identify, treat, exclude, then verify. Exclusion — sealing entry points — is the step cheap treatments skip, and precisely why they keep repeating.

Residential and commercial: two different requirements

In residential settings the goal is complete elimination in as few visits as possible, with products compatible with children and pets. In commercial settings — restaurants, hotels, food retail, rental buildings — a documentation requirement is added: a dated intervention log, product safety data sheets, and a pest management plan. These are regularly requested during a MAPAQ inspection or an insurance audit, and we supply them as a matter of course.

Seasonality of interventions in Montreal

Montreal's climate strongly structures the calendar. Carpenter ants become visible in April and May when colonies swarm. Wasps and hornets peak from July to September, when nests reach maximum size and aggression is highest. Rodents move indoors at the first nights below 5 °C, usually in late September. Bed bugs and cockroaches have no off-season: they live in heated environments year-round, with a reporting peak during the July and August moving periods.
