We cover 32 areas across Greater Montreal. Each area page describes the local housing stock, the treatment constraints it creates, and the applicable response times.
A Plateau triplex with party walls and a Mirabel bungalow surrounded by fields do not pose the same problem, even facing the same species. In the first case, the question is how far the source extends — treating one unit only buys time. In the second, the question is the perimeter: pressure comes from outside and renews itself as long as entry points stay open. That is why our area pages are not variants of one text: they describe genuinely different situations.
Response times and coverage
Callback time is under two hours during business hours, everywhere in our zone. The intervention itself is generally scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, with priority given to emergencies: a wasp nest in a high-traffic area, a rodent infestation in a food business, bed bugs reported in a rental unit. If your municipality is not listed, call: we regularly serve addresses just outside the displayed zone.
