How to read an exterminator review

A useful review mentions three things: the species treated, how many visits it took, and whether the problem came back. A review that only says \'fast and courteous service\' tells you nothing about treatment effectiveness — courtesy does not eliminate a colony. Be wary too of perfect ratings with no nuanced comment: an honest company has necessarily had difficult jobs, and how it handled them says more than a run of five stars.

Every quote states the guarantee period and what triggers a free return. If activity resumes within the covered period and the preparation instructions were followed, we come back at no charge. We do not promise a \'lifetime\' guarantee on bed bug treatment: nobody can guarantee an occupant will not bring a bug back in a suitcase next year, and an unverifiable promise is worthless.
