Personal information collected on this site is under the responsibility of Groupe Perreault Poirier Inc., which publishes and operates parasitemontreal.ca. Any question about this policy or about exercising your rights may be sent to info@parasitemontreal.ca.
We collect only what you voluntarily submit through the quote request and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the pest type concerned, the service area, and the content of your message.
For security and request traceability, the IP address and browser used at submission are also recorded. This site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no profiling tools. The display language is determined by the page address, not by a cookie.
This information serves solely to handle your request: call you back, schedule an inspection, produce a quote, and follow up on the work. It is not used for unsolicited marketing, is neither sold nor rented, and is not used to build a behavioural profile.
This site is a demonstration model operated by Groupe Perreault Poirier Inc., acting as an intermediary. Your request may be forwarded to an accredited professional in your area so they can act on it. That transfer is limited to the information needed for the work. No data is shared with anyone for advertising purposes.
Requests are stored on a server located in Canada, in a directory not reachable from the web, for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last interaction, then destroyed. This retention allows a treatment guarantee to be honoured and any claim to be answered. Access is restricted to those who need it to handle the request.
You may at any time request access to the information we hold about you, require its correction if inaccurate or incomplete, or ask for its deletion. You may also withdraw your consent to its use. Simply write to the address above stating your request; we respond within thirty days.
If the response does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the authority responsible for personal information protection in the province.
This policy may be revised to reflect a change in our practices or in the applicable legal framework. The last update date appears at the top of the page. A substantial change will be flagged on the site.
