About ParasiteMontréal

Over 15 years of pest control expertise serving Greater Montreal.

Our Mission

ParasiteMontréal was founded with a clear mission: to offer Greater Montreal residents and businesses a pest control service that combines scientific expertise, modern technology, and impeccable customer service. We believe everyone deserves to live and work in a healthy, pest-free environment, and we do everything to achieve that.

Our technicians hold provincial pest control certifications and undergo continuous training on new techniques and products. We exclusively use Health Canada and PMRA-approved products, with priority given to low environmental impact methods. Our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach aims for lasting elimination by treating the cause, not just the symptoms.

How we work

We do not quote over the phone without seeing the site. That is an inconvenience for a client in a hurry, but a blind number always ends up being revised upward, and we would rather lose a call than issue a quote that does not hold. The inspection is free, it exists to identify the species and measure the real extent of the problem, and the resulting quote is firm. When the inspection concludes an isolated treatment stands no chance — common in apartment buildings — we say so, even if it means declining the job as requested.

Service in four languages, and why

Greater Montreal has one of the highest shares of multilingual households in Canada, and several areas we serve — Parc-Extension, Côte-des-Neiges, Saint-Laurent, Montréal-Nord — concentrate a significant part of it. Treatment success depends directly on the preparation done by the occupant: misunderstood instructions, incomplete preparation, treatment to redo. That is the practical reason this site, our preparation instructions, and our entry notices exist in French, English, Spanish, and Arabic. It is not commercial courtesy, it is what separates a treatment that holds from one that must be repeated.
